There were horizontal and diagonal tears near the center of the poster, in the 6" above the middle crossfold and extending diagonally to the right of it. There were some small tears, scuffs, and pinholes scattered in the poster, with a circular water stain in the lower right white background area. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was fairly well backed under the circumstances, but the poster had significant defects, which are still noticeable, so do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its many defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly re-restored!
