Famous Boners, the 1942 Douglas Foster fictionalized historical documentary short (produced and narrated by John Nesbitt; one of the long-running "John Nesbitt's Passing Parade" series of shorts produced by MGM; this particular short dealt with three people who had either caused or were the victims of gigantic errors, included are Thomas Carlyle, George O'Flanagan, and Isaac Newton, the famous physicist, but we don't know anything more about this short beyond that) starring Ian Wolfe, Edward McWade, Edward McWade, Joe Yule, and Margaret Bert. Note that this was one of a series of 64 short subjects produced and narrated by John Nesbitt, made between 1938 and 1949, and distributed by MGM.

Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet measures 26" x 37 3/4". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 41".

Condition: good to very good. The poster had many creases, tears, and areas of paper loss down the vertical foldline, and in the 1" to the left and right of it. There were a much lesser number in the top horizontal foldline and very few defects in the bottom two horizontal foldlines. There were some creases and tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was quite nicely backed, and displays well, and not only were the above defects well restored, but the poster does not have a "heavily restored" look to it at all.
