Prior to paperbacking, the card had an oval area of paper loss next to the girl's food and one in the background next to the word "METRO". There were creases, tears, and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the card and some smaller areas of paper loss within the image, including one in the girl's cheek and one in the top of the "O" of "PASSION". Overall, the card was in fair to good condition prior to paperbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
