Escapade in Japan, the 1957 Arthur Lubin juvenile adventure thriller ("The exciting adventures of two little run-away boys in Japan!"; "Filmed entirely in the seldom-seen corners of the REAL Japan!"; "They had nothing in common... But dirty faces and an unholy love of mischief!"; "But, oh, the wonderful sights they saw from fishing boat to the Forbidden Temple!"; "...the strange friends they made from the Ginza to the Geisha houses!"; "...and the dangers they dared on the heights of the Forbidden Pagoda!"; "Written by Associate Producer Winston Miller"; "YOU too can have an 'Escape in Japan' right in this theatre! Important Added Info: Note that this represents a really remarkable find! Not only are there 292 different stills from this movie, but ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY of them are candid images (some are posed portraits of the stars, but most of them are the stars on the set between scenes or getting ready for a scene, etc). While this is not all of the stills from this movie (we put them in number order, and some of the numbers are missing, and there may be higher numbers than the ones we have), it certainly represents a huge percentage of the stills created for this movie. If you try to collect a similar number of stills from this movie, it would surely take you the rest of your life! While we usually only feature 8 stills from a set, because of this rare find, we have pictured ALL of the 150 candid stills!

Condition: very good to fine. A very few of the stills have slight defects, but most of them are in wonderful condition!
