Original Vintage Theatrical Tri-Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Weavers: Wasn't That a Time, the classic 1982 Jim Brown folk music documentary ("We felt that if we sang loud enough and strong enough and hopefully enough, somehow it would make a difference."; about the blacklisted group, The Weavers, the most important folk music group of the 1940s, and how they disbanded in the 1950s, but came together for a final concert at Carnegie Hall many years later) featuring Pete Seeger, Lee Hays, Ronnie Gilbert, Fred Hellerman, Arlo Guthrie, Don McLean, Holly Near, Peter, Paul & Mary
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: This poster was tri-folded only (which means there is no vertical foldline) but because it would be more expensive to send flat, it will be sent rolled in a tube. Also note that this poster comes directly from a man who worked in a theater in 1982 who took this poster home with him. It is the original 1982 poster and it is very rare, because this documentary only played in limited number of art houses.

Condition: good to very good. light brown stains around the edges of the poster white background (more so at lower left); minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the poster (more so along the foldlines); 2" ink pen mark in the lower left white border; tack hole in each corner with paper loss in the bottom blank corners from rough removal
