Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 26 1/2" x 36 3/4") (Learn More)

The Phantom of the West, the 1930 D. Ross Lederman cowboy western serial ("An All-Talking Serial in 10 Thrilling Chapters"; written by Ford Beebe) starring Tom Tyler, ("with a great supporting cast including") William Desmond, Tom Santschi, Dorothy Gulliver, Joe Bonomo (famous strong man who vied with Charles Atlas for the "Most Perfect Man", he appeared in 32 movies, but like Atlas, his primary business was selling books and pamphlets telling how to acquire a body like his!), Tom Dugan, "and others"

Important Added Info: Note that this Mexican poster measures 26 1/2" x 36 3/4" and is folded.

Condition: very good. 6" tear in the upper center edge of the poster (repaired with tape from the back); poster has darkened slightly as is common with older Mexican posters (more so around the edges); fine white lines in the upper right title area that appear to have been caused by creases in the paper when the poster was printed; 1" tear in the lower right edge as well as a few tiny tears around the edges of the poster (mostly in the lower left edge); minor creases around the edges of the poster; Note that this poster was "tri-folded" resulting in two horizontal foldlines instead of the usual three!
