Note that this was Montgomery Clift's first released movie (technically Red River was shot first, but it was released after this film), and MGM had no idea of how audiences would react to his new style of male hero, and so he was not even pictured on the posters! The card pictured at top right has paper loss and faint water stains in the upper right corner, and a small dot stain in the right of the image. Each card has pinholes around the edges, some scuffs and smudges, and the card at lower left has some tiny brown dot stains mostly noticeable in the blank yellow areas.
