An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked German "A1" Movie Poster (measures 23" x 33" [58 x 84 cm]) (Learn More)

Walt Disney's Lustige Micky Maus Revue (literally translates to "Funny Mickey Mouse Review"), the 1964 German showing of compiled Walt Disney animated animation cartoon shorts, including: Donald's Diary, Fathers are People, Goliath II, Hooked Bear, Pueblo Pluto, For Whom the Bulls Toll, Raccoon Dawg, Symphony Hour, Pluto Jr., Donald's Double Trouble, and The Simple Things, and featuring characters including: Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Pluto. Note that it is possible this poster is a poster that they used when they showed any collection of Walt Disney cartoons, or it could have been for a specific compilation of cartoons. We also don't know if, if it is a compilation, whether it was released in any other countries (possibly under a different name). If anyone knows more about it, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the folds. It had a 4" tear just to the right of the top center, with a 3" tear in the lower right border and a scuff mark in Goofy's neck and nose. It had pinholes and tape stains in the corners. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
