Bonaparte et la Revolution (literally translates to "Bonaparte and the Revolution"), the 1972 Abel Gance French extensive restoration of his original 1927 epic Napoleon, the classic French Napoleonic War silent historical military melodrama, including newly shot scenes, an introduction by Gance, and dubbing of the archival footage of the original stars Albert Dieudonne (n the title role as Napoleon Bonaparte), Paul Amiot, Annabella, Antonin Artaud, and Edmond Van Daele. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
