What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The commercial poster had many creases and scuffs scattered throughout. It had pinholes, tears, and tiny paper loss around the edges. Overall, the commercial poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, and linenbacking has lessened how noticeable the creases and scuffs are, but you can still clearly see them (see our image).
