We have been told by collectors that both were available at Cinerama theaters when the film was first released. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that we have pictured the front cover, the back cover, and one or more interior 2-page spreads from this program. Condition: fair to good. There are many creases, stains, and rippling in the right 2" of all pages, with a lesser amount in the rest of the pages.
