An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Wall Street Cowboy, the 1939 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western starring Roy Rogers, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Raymond Hatton, Ann Baldwin, Pierre Watkin, Louisiana Lou (a singer who performed a single song in this movie, and never made another), Craig Reynolds, and Trigger (Roy's horse, who is uncredited!). Why is this called "Wall Street Cowboy"? Because it turns out that Roy's ranch is loaded with deposits of molybdenum, which is an element vital in the production of steel, and some slimy Wall Street types want to force Roy into bankruptcy so they can seize his ranch and make millions! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good to fine. The slide is in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
