Note that the poster shows a great image of people cowering away from an escaped lion that seems poised to attack. Note that Louis Feuillade was one of the most important early French directors! He directed Fantomas in 1913 and Les Vampires in 1915, and it is estimated that he directed over 800 movies! More important, he is credited with being the first to direct "thrillers", and it is clear that Alfred Hitchcock, Fritz Lang, and many other directors were students of Feuillade. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and tiny bits of paper loss on just a few parts of a few foldlines. There were some tears and areas of paper loss in the blank borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
