An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Untamed, the 1929 Jack Conway rich-girl-poor-man romantic melodrama ("BEAUTIFUL Joan Crawford's first Talking Picture sweeps you from Central American jungles to New York Society in a tale of dramatic contrasts and unusual romance."; "A Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer All-Talking Picture"; "From the story by Charles E. Scoggins"; about a wild sexy young woman from South Africa who inherits her father's fortune when he dies, and her relatives send her to New York, wanting her to be "tamed", and she meets a handsome poor man, and they fall in love) starring Joan Crawford, Robert Montgomery, Ernest Torrence, Holmes Herbert, John Miljan, Gwen Lee, and Don Terry. Note that this was Joan Crawford's first full talking movie, and she and Montgomery had great chemistry, and they appeared in several more films. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. The cardboard holder has staining around the staples, but otherwise it is in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
