An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 7 3/4" x 9 1/4" [20 x 23 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Ruth Warrick was a stage and screen actress from the 1930s to the 2000s. She started on the stage in New York in 1933 and then met Orson Welles and joined his "Mercury Theater". She is likely best remembered by movie fans for playing the first Mrs. Kane in Citizen Kane (which was her film debut!), but she is best remembered by TV fans for playing Phoebe on TV's "All My Children" from 1970 to 2005! She also appeared in Journey into Fear, Obliging Young Lady, and many other 1940s movies. Warrick passed away in 2005 at the age of 88. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ruth Warrick! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 3/4" x 9 1/4" [20 x 23 cm]. Our consignor is a very longtime dealer/collector who acquired this signed item in the 1970s, and kept it in his collection until now, when he is selling parts of his collection. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
