Cline juvenile circus comedy (based on the characters created by George W. Peck) starring Tommy Kelly (in the tile role as Bill Peck), Ann Gillis, Edgar Kennedy, Billy Gilbert, Benita Hume, George 'Spanky' McFarland (billed as "Spanky McFarland", in a rare solo appearance without any of his fellow Our Gang kids), and Louise Beavers. Note that there was a 1921 silent movie where Jackie Coogan played "Peck's Bad Boy", and there was a 1934 movie of the same name with Jackie Cooper in the title role. This was a sequel of sorts to that movie, with Tommy Kelly, who had starred in Tom Sawyer, taking over the title role, and he was supported by top secondary actors, but the movie did not have a lot of success, and there were no further entries.
