Also note that this Japanese B1 poster was printed in Japan, but was intended to be used when the movie was shown in English speaking countries. Finally, note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and many tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of most foldlines. The poster was lightly folded in half an extra time. The left 1" of the poster was folded back and stapled at one time, as was the bottom 1", and there were staple holes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. However, in spite of this, this wonderful campy poster will still display great on the new owner's wall! Learn More about condition grades
