An Original 1964 (from the first release of this movie in Italy) Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Locandina Movie Poster (measures 12 3/4" x 27 1/2" [32 x 70 cm]) (Learn More) Siege of the Saxons, the 1963 Nathan Juran English sword-and-sorcery medieval Knights-of-the-Round-Table fantasy action adventure thriller ("Saxon legions storm the flaming walls of King Arthur's Camelot"; "Camelot - COLOR"; about a knight in Camelot who plots to marry King Arthur's daughter after he dies, but must first prove himself to Merlin the wizard) starring Janette Scott, Ronald Lewis, Ronald Howard, Mark Dignam (as King Arthur), and John Laurie (as Merlin). Note that Janette Scott is best remembered for her starring role in "Day of the Triffids" in 1963, which was immortalized in the lyrics of the song from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" that says "And I really got hot When I saw Janette Scott fight a triffid that spits poison and kills."
