Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was folded down the middle and had some creases and tiny bits of paper loss on that fold, and some darkening and a few small tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did little restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
