An Original Vintage Theatrical Double Bill Movie Pressbook (measures 11" x 17"; 20 pages) (Learn More)

the 1962 double-bill release ("Not for the squeamish"; "Two pictures that smack you right across your face!") of Moment of Danger (released in the U.S. in as "Malaga"), the 1960 Laszlo Benedek English crime thriller ("Wrap your nerves around this one and hang on for dear life!"; "If you're looking for suspense and excitement shaped like this... Follow the woman who followed the man who followed the man all the way to Malaga!") starring Trevor Howard, Dorothy Danridge, and Macdonald Carey. Note that this English movie was released in the U.S. in 1960 under a different title ("Malaga"). This made things really confusing, because four years earlier, another English movie had been made that actually was called "Malaga", but that movie had been released in the U.S. as "Fire Over Africa", and this overlapping name situation causes confusion between the two titles. AND The Couch, the 1962 Owen Crump psychiatrist serial killer horror thriller (written by Robert Bloch; "the most astonishing venture into the mind of murder any motion picture has ever dared."; "Some time ago, Hollywood began whispering about a picture without a name. The word was out that no one was to be allowed on the set of Warner Bros.' super secret PROJECT ICEPICK. Absolute secrecy prevailed while the cameras were turning. The doors were locked. The public was barred. The performers were asked not to divulge the mystery that en-shrouded this unique film. Now we are ready to tell you the name of PROJECT ICEPICK. It is THE COUCH. It is the most astonishing venture into the mind of a murder any motion picture has ever dared.") starring Grant Williams, Shirley Knight, Onslow Stevens, William Leslie, and Anne Helm
