Republic Pictures 1942-43, the 1942 campaign book ("Clear as a crystal to Mr. Showman that Republic has the great entertainment program for '42 - '43") designed to promote Republic's upcoming western movies and serials including Fighting Devil Dogs, Gene Autry (in four movies), Roy Rogers (in four movies), King of the Royal Mounted Strikes Again, G-Men vs. The Black Dragon, Daredevils of the West, and Samba in Darkest Africa. Note that because Republic was a small studio, they made really cool two and three-page color artwork ads for their movies, and also note that, because they apparently didn't make many campaign books, the ones from Republic are even more scarce than those from the major studios, which themselves are quite scarce.

Note: We have 11 images of this campaign book, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 11 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 1.

Condition: very good. There is a tiny circular hole in the far right of the front cover and the far left of the back cover, and there is a gold sticker on the reverse side of each of those areas, so we are not sure why that was done. Otherwise, the book has pretty minor wear around the edges and is generally otherwise in pretty nice condition!
