An Original Vintage English Magazine (measures 6" x 9" [15 x 23 cm]) (Learn More) Professor Mamlok (released in the U.S. as "Friedrich Wolf's Professor Mamlock"), the 1938 Adolf Minkin & Gerbert Rappaport Russian anti-Nazi Jewish Holocaust Germany propaganda melodrama (based on the play by Friedrich Wolf; about a respected Jewish surgeon/scientist who is denounced by the Nazis because of his religion, but then he is called on by the Nazis to operate on a stricken Nazi leader, and after he successfully does so, he is killed with a machine gun!) starring Semyon Mezhinsky (in the title role as Professor Mamlock; billed as "S. Mezhinsky"), E. Nikitina, Vladimir Chestnokov, Oleg Zhakov, and Georgiy Budarov Important Added Info: Note that this is a British magazine called "Cinegram Preview" ("A British Magazine Devoted to Outstanding Films"). It was published from the late 1930s into the 1940s. The issues of the magazine (which are numbered) are quite rare, so it seems likely that these disappeared during World War II paper drives! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good.
