Gates"; about trapeze artists in a circus, two men and a woman, and one man is in love with the woman, but she loves the other, and the rejected man intentionally drops his rival during the act, and he is killed; he is replaced by a handsome young man, and the female acrobat falls in love with the replacement, and her partner starts to plan to kill the young man in the same way he did it before!) starring Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Jean Arthur, Paul Lukas, Helen Ware, and Oscar Apfel. Note that Buddy Rogers quickly rose to success in the late 1920s, and in this movie he was billed as "America's Boy Friend". Note that this movie bears many similarities to the 1956 movie Trapeze, except in the newer movie no one is killed! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. There is staining in the lower left extending into the title area. There is a large crease that runs from the "Y" of "WAY" to the top right corner (across the "ROGERS" area).
