Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) The Midnight Flyer, the 1918 silent railroad train cowboy western starring Hoot Gibson. Note that Hoot Gibson was a real life cowboy who worked in Wild West shows and as a stuntman in movies of the 1910s. During this time, he was married to Helen Gibson, who was a major silent star. In the 1920s, he became a major star of B-westerns. This was one of his early movies where he likely was cast for his stuntman abilities. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. The colors have darkened with age except on the very bottom of the "F" and "R" of "FLYER" which is the only way I was able to determine that the card had darkened at all. The original colors are blue but they have darkened to a green color. There is some water staining in the white area below 'GH" in "MIDNIGHT" and in the bottom edge of the "YE" in "FLYER".
