An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Fine Manners, the 1926 Richard Rosson silent rich-man-poor-girl mistaken identity romantic comedy ("From the story by James Ashmore Greelman and Frank Vreeland"; about a chorus girl who falls in love with a waiter, but he is really a millionaire who wants to meet a girl who doesn't love him for his money, and he "makes her over" so his family will accept her, but when she becomes "high class", he doesn't like how she is and he begs her to "become herself again") starring Gloria Swanson, Eugene O'Brien, Helen Dunbar, Roland Drew, and John Miltern NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: fair. There are two circular stains near the center of the slide. You can still see the image and writing through them, and I do not know if they can be easily removed or restored. Please do not bid on this slide unless you can accept this significant defect. Learn More about condition grades
