An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More)

Murder in Greenwich Village, the 1937 Albert S. Rogell New York City romantic courtroom legal lawyer crime murder mystery screwball comedy ("Blood-chilling mystery in New York's Bohemia!"; "An artist's corpse on the floor puts a beautiful model on the spot!"; "His arms were her alibi!"; "Terror stalks the studios"; about a lawyer who defends an artist's model who is also an heiress, who is accused of murdering the artist, and not surprisingly, he falls in love with his client; the movie has many wacky supporting actors, supposed to be typical Greenwich Village residents at that time) starring Richard Arlen, Fay Wray, Raymond Walburn, Wyn Cahoon, Scott Kolk, Thurston Hall, and Marc Lawrence

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: I would certainly hope that the new owner of this poster is someone who lives in Greenwich Village in New York City! I would think it would certainly be a real conversation piece on any residence wall! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. The poster has darkened over time, has a few dot stains scattered throughout and it slightly rippled (more so at lower left). It has discolored tack holes around the edges and some pencil writing at lower right in the border. It has a few tears at lower left that have been repaired with tape from the back. Certainly the poster could be restored and paperbacked and it would look great, but please bear in mind its defects and cost of restoration before placing a bid.
