Auction History Result 7a331 LOT OF 8 ED SULLIVAN SHOW TV CONTACT SHEET 8X10 STILLS 4/15/62 Liberace, Mahalia Jackson Date Sold 5/28/2017 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 8 TV contact sheet 8x10 stills from the April 15, 1962 episode of The Ed Sullivan Show (known as "Toast of the Town" until 1955), the 1948-1971 Kenneth Whelan musical comedy television (TV) series starring Ed Sullivan (as the host), with guest stars Liberace, Teresa Brewer, Mahalia Jackson, the Wiere Brothers, Rita Moreno, and Larry Storch. Note that all of these talented people were on this episode, and that these wonderful contact sheets contain images of all of them (see our images)! Condition: very good. There was once a staple in the top left corner holding all the contact sheets together, and there are tiny staple holes in that corner with some creases. One of the contact sheets has a snipe in the bottom right, identifying the show and the date. It appears that all the other stills once had a similar paper snipe glued to the bottom, and that someone removed them. On some of them, it only left a tiny bit of paper residue, but on others, it left quite a bit of paper residue, although only partially affecting the very bottom images. The majority of the images on the contact sheets are completely unaffected by the snipe or the paper residue (see our images). Learn More about condition grades Titles included:
