Important Added Info: Note that this title card is extremely rare. We have only auctioned it once before, and that was 22 years ago! Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Also note that this lobby card has been paperbacked. What is paperbacking? This means the lobby card was backed onto a very light paper backing (acid-free), that keeps the "feel" of the lobby card similar to that of the original lobby card. Some restorers prefer to paperback lobby cards on to a heavy backing, while others prefer to use a very lightweight backing. The advantage of a lightweight backing is that the card still "feels" like a regular lobby card, but a heavier backing makes restoration easier to do and less noticeable. What IS paperbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. Prior to paperbacking, the card had tears, pinholes, and some paper loss around the edges. It had a long tear in the left of the top border extending down the left of Angel's face, going through the edge of her eye. Overall, the lobby card was in good condition prior to paperbacking. The card was well restored, and originally displayed pretty well, but after it was restored, it was roughly handled, and it received a slight partial diagonal crease running across the upper center, through the bottom center of both stars' mouths, and it acquired some creases in the top left. Also, someone put a tiny piece of tape on the bottom border and caused surface paper loss near to that in the bottom blank border. Learn More about condition grades
