Some of her novels were best-selling melodramas that were turned into very popular movies in the 1910s and 1920s, including: Tess of the Storm Country (which was adapted into four different movies!), Rose o' Paradise, The Marriage of Patricia Pepperday, and The Ghost of Glen Gorge. She passed away in 1957 at the age of 89. Important Added Info: Note that this item (which is a copy of the book "Judy of Rogues' Harbor", which has an interior illustration by Howard Chandler Christy) has been personally autographed (signed) by Grace Miller White on the title page (see our image). Our consignor has no certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to be authentic. Also note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Condition: fair to good.
