An Original Vintage Standee (measures 32 3/4" x 59 3/4" [83 x 152 cm]) (Learn More) Merry Christmas, the circa 1950s standee promoting holiday cheer, and featuring art of Santa Claus holding many wrapped presents and standing over a quaint snow-covered village. If anyone knows more about this standee, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this poster would seem to surely date from between 1946 and the very early 1960s. We are putting "1950s" on it, but that could be off by just a few years. It was consigned to us from the estate of a theater owner who intended to display it in his lobby, but never did! If anyone knows more about exactly when this is from, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note that this standee will need to be sent in a very large flat package that measures approximately 32" x 35" x 1" high, so please bear the shipping costs of this very large package in mind BEFORE you place a bid! Condition: good to very good. The standee was never used and most of the standee backing is present, but not assembled (a portion of it is missing, but it certainly could be replaced). There are some small water stains scattered throughout Santa's image and there is a small hole in one of his knees. There are also a few scuffs scattered in the image.
