An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36" [36 x 91 cm]) (Learn More) The French Line, the 1954 Lloyd Bacon 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) Paris France romantic musical comedy ("Songs as Gay as Champagne!"; "That Picture! That Dance! - you've heard so much about!"; "J.R. in 3D! That's all, Brother!"; "J.R. in 3D! Need we say more?"; "It'll knock Both your eyes out!"; produced by Howard Hughes) starring Jane Russell, Gilbert Roland, Arthur Hunnicutt, Mary McCarty, and Joyce Mackenzie NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this movie was originally in 3-D. The studios created both 3D and 2D posters and lobby cards (the 2-D posters and lobby cards were for theaters that lacked the 3-D equipment). This window card is from the "3-D" release. In the case of this particular movie, the 3-D posters have a large "JR in 3-D" on them, and to fill that space on the 2-D posters, they used the tagline "THAT Picture! THAT Dance! - you've heard so much about!" Condition: good to very good. There is rippling and glue stains at upper right over the "3D!" tagline (from where a snipe was surely glued at one time from a theater not showing this movie in 3D). There are some ink stains at lower right, but overall the poster is in generally nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
