Wellman sports boxing romantic comedy ("What would you do for the one you love?"; Richard Arlen is "Dum-Dum" Brooks, a not very smart and not very successful Los Angeles boxer; but he meets beautiful Mary Brian, and after they marry over the protests of his manager, they go to New York and she inspires him to win many fights; but the exotic Olga Baclanova causes him to break up with Brian, and in the championship fight, he is fighting terribly, until Brian stands up in the audience and screams for him to win, and of course, he does, and they go back to California, and he announces he is quitting boxing) starring Richard Arlen, Mary Brian, Olga Baclanova, Harry Green, and Jack Oakie.
