An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Jack L. Warner was one of the founders of the Warner Bros. studio and who also produced several movies which include: My Fair Lady, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Dark Passage, and a host of other top Warner Bros movies! AND Nathan Levinson was a sound engineer from the 1920s to the 1950s. He worked on the first sound films (Don Juan and The Jazz Singer) and won an Academy Award in the Sound Recording category for the film Yankee Doodle Dandy, and was nominated for 23 more (in the Sound Recording & Best Special Effect categories). Some of his movies include: I am A Fugitive From a Chain Gang, The Sea Hawk, and A Streetcar Named Desire. Nathan Levinson was a sound engineer from the 1920s to the 1950s. He worked on the first sound films (Don Juan and The Jazz Singer) and won an Academy Award in the Sound Recording category for the film Yankee Doodle Dandy, and was nominated for 23 more (in the Sound Recording & Best Special Effect categories). Some of his movies include: I am A Fugitive From a Chain Gang, The Sea Hawk, and A Streetcar Named Desire. Levinson is forgotten today, but he was an important figure in early sound movies at Warner Bros.!
Important Added Info: Note that this cool still shows Jack Warner going over notes with Nathan Levinson (he had been a Major in World War I and he is identified as "Maj. Levinson" on this still). Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm].
