Hill California/Hawaii Naval academy military airplane pilot aviation romantic adventure melodrama (set back in the days before there was a separate Air Force; after much rigorous training, six Naval academy graduates from the flying school are chosen to go on a very dangerous flight from San Diego to Honolulu, because in those days, those sort of "transcontinental" flights were beyond the limitations of most aircraft!) starring Ramon Novarro, Ralph Graves, Anita Page, Alfred Allen, Edward Nugent, and Alfred Allen NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Please note that Uruguayan heralds, like Spanish heralds, were printed in large quantities, and then sent to individual theaters in Uruguay, and they would have the backs of them overprinted or stamped with their theater name and specific play dates. But because a movie might play in Uruguay for a period of a year or two (traveling from theater to theater), there is no guarantee that the date overprinted on the back of the herald is the same as the date that the herald was first printed (and the date that the movie first played in Uruguay). We strongly suspect that most movies did not reach Uruguay until a year or two after their first release in other countries, but we can't say for certain. Therefore, we don't list the date overprinted on the back of a herald as the date of the herald (or the date of the movie's first release in Uruguay) unless we know from some other source that the later year was when the movie first played in Uruguay.
