Date Sold 9/4/2011 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 50 signed 8" x 10" photos (a few measure smaller). Note that this group of signed photos was consigned to us by a man who purchased the collection of a dedicated collector, who was a major film buff from the 1950s through the 1990s. He would purchase stills on stars he liked, and then he would go to events or collectibles shows (he went to virtually every collectibles show where stars appeared!), and he would get the items autographed, and many of his photos were personalized to him with nice inscriptions, because over time many of the celebrities who regularly attended shows came to be friends with him! Over many years he was able to acquire a large number of signed stills, and his collection was purchased by our consignor. We are certain that the autographs on these items are authentic! IMPORTANT! Note that approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of these are original vintage stills, and the remainder are either publicity stills or REPROS (you can take your best guess by looking at our images). We will not be able to answer questions about this lot, so bear the uncertainty of which are originals and which are REPROS in mind before placing a bid (but remember that all of the autographs are absolutely authentic)!
