An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 27" x 36 3/4" [69 x 93 cm]) (Learn More) En Carne Viva (literally translates to "In the Flesh"), the 1951 Alberto Gout Mexican romantic cabaret dancer melodrama (a sailor seduces and abandons a cabaret dancer, who gives birth to a daughter, then commits suicide; the daughter grows up and follows some of her tragic footsteps) starring Rosa Carmina (in a dual role as both mother and daughter!), Crox Alvarado, Ruben Rojo, Dagoberto Rodriguez, Tona la Negra, and Jose Maria Linares-Rivas. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Artist: Peinador Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this Mexican poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Condition: good. The poster has lines of discoloration at right due to exposure to moisture and a few portions of those lines have some separation and paper loss (see our image).
