Josetti Film Album No. 1, the 1930s German cigarette card album promoting Josetti cigarettes and featuring 45 pages of 272 tipped-in cigarette premium cards of popular movie stars including: Lon Chaney, Charlie Chaplin, Gary Cooper, Marlene Dietrich, and many, many more! Included are four full-page images from then current films, including one with Adolphe Menjou, and one with Maurice Chevalier and Claudette Colbert in "The Smiling Lieutenant". There is also a 2-page index to all the cards. There are glassine sheets inserted between each sheet of cards so that they don't rub against each other (this is how the album was created).

Important Added Info: Note: We have 12 images of the German posters in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 12 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 2.

Condition: very good. There is some minor staining on some of the album pages (and some pen writing on one). A few of the cards have some defects, but most of them are in pretty nice condition (see our images).
