An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel "Grande" Movie Poster (1p; measures 47" x 63" [119 x 160 cm]) (Learn More) Les Pionniers du Rire (literally translates to "The Pioneers of Laughter"), the 1961 compilation comedy movie (with taglines that translate to "1 1/2 hours of mad gaiety"; "All in the same program"; apparently a compilation of comedy shorts by Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Laurel & Hardy, Andy Clyde, and Billy Bevan [one of the better Charlie Chaplin imitators of the time]). We do not know if this was solely a French compilation, or if it also played in other countries, as we can find no references to it anywhere.
