Cream of Wheat is a brand of farina, a type of porridge mix made from wheat semolina. It was first manufactured in the U.S. in 1893 and often features an image of an African American chef named "Rastus"

Important Added Info: Note that this cover was removed from a magazine (Modern Priscilla). The cover is interesting because it has Frank Desch art of a 1920 young lady dressed to go driving, but more interesting is the full-color ad on the inside back cover, which has a great full-color Cream of Wheat ad with art by W.V. Cahill (see our images).

Condition: good to very good. The page was removed from a magazine and has tiny paper loss down one side and a tiny tear in the top border.
