An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) I Married a Woman, the 1958 Hal Kanter romantic comedy ("What happens to the mouse when the cheesecake bites back?"; "'I Married a Woman' [and they're the best kind!]"; an attempt to star the number one English sex symbol Diana Dors in a Marilyn Monroe-like sex comedy opposite henpecked husband George Gobel) starring George Gobel ("in the happy story of a guy who has but one aim in life..."), Diana Dors ("as his favorite target..."), Adolphe Menjou, Jessie Royce Landis, Nita Talbot, William Redfield, Steve Dunne, and John Wayne (in an unbilled cameo role as himself!). Note that this movie began filming in 1956, but the movie was not released until 1958! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: very good. There is a diagonal crease and smudge in the lower right corner of the poster. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
