NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of ALL the pages of this program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and then photographing the interior cover with the first interior page, then the second and third interior pages together, and then in the same manner until all the pages were photographed). This way, you see the entire program, although you see the front and back covers together, when of course, you normally see them separately.

Condition: good to very good. The program was folded across the center and there is scuffing across the center of the front cover. There is some uneven darkening in the cover and some tiny tears in the right edges of the pages.
