An Original Vintage Theatrical 7 3/4" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Boxing Gloves, the 1929 Robert A. McGowan Our Gang Little Rascals boxing sports comedy short ("All-Talking Comedy"; produced by Hal Roach) starring Allen 'Farina' Hoskins, Norman 'Chubby' Chaney, Joe Cobb, Jackie Cooper, Bobby 'Wheezer' Hutchins, and Donnie 'Beezer' Smith. Note that Jackie Cooper was in this short, appearing in his very first movie at just 6 years of age. He would appear in 19 Our Gang shorts until 1931, when he became a major child star, and went on to a long and successful career as an adult, both as an actor and as a producer! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that, as noted above, Jackie Cooper was low billed in this movie (his very first). We can't imagine he appeared on hardly any of the advertising, and this still has a great shot of him! Also note that this still measures 7 3/4" x 10" [20 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Condition: good to very good. The still was glued to a mat, and it was removed, but there are glue stains on the back that have caused the still to become lightly rippled.
