An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Movie Window Card (WC; measures 14" x 17 1/2" [36 x 44 cm]) (Learn More) The Lady Consents, the 1936 Stephen Roberts romantic love triangle marriage comedy (Harding is married to doctor Herbert Marshall, and he falls for young beautiful Margaret Lindsay, and she steps aside, and his father convinces him that he must return to his wife, which he does) starring Ann Harding, Herbert Marshall, Margaret Lindsay, Walter Abel, Edward Ellis, Hobert Cavanaugh, and Ilka Chase NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that ANY first release U.S. movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a few pressbooks, stills, and a glass slide from this movie (and NO other first release U.S. movie paper items) until we received this window card! Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 14" x 17 3/4" [36 x 45 cm]. Condition: good to very good. The top 4 1/2" of the card was neatly trimmed off, and it slightly extends into the top of the image, and surely only affecting the top of Harding's hair (and note that we know from the pressbook image that all of her hair was not shown, so it is likely just a small amount of the top of the image that is missing, almost certainly a maximum of 1/4"). Except for some faint smudges around the edges, the card is otherwise in nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
