An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 22" [36 x 56 cm]) (Learn More) Ready For Love, the 1934 Marion Gering newspaper journalism romantic comedy ("Rarin' to go!"; "From the novel by Roy Flannagan"; about a beautiful young teenage girl who runs away from boarding school and gets in trouble, but is befriended by a newspaper reporter, and they fall in love and move to New York City) starring Ida Lupino, Richard Arlen, Marjorie Rambeau, Junior Durkin, and Beulah Bondi. Note that Ida Lupino had just turned 16 when this movie started filming, and her boyfriend Richard Arlen was 35, something that was done in the 1920s and 1930s, but would certainly not be done in today's world! Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: fair to good.
