Note that there is an unusual element to this movie, which is that Elia Kazan had Warner Bros. buy the rights to this classic novel, and then he essentially junked around 90% of it, focusing on a small section of the book! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been paperbacked. This means the card was backed onto a board backing (acid-free), that is similar in feel to that of the original lobby card (except somewhat heavier). It is a similar process to linenbacking, except that most collectors use linenbacking for one-sheets and paperbacking for half-sheets, inserts, window cards, and lobby cards. Condition: fair to good. the card has been professionally paperbacked. Prior to restoration, the card had pinholes, creases, smudges, and tears around the edges of the card and some scuffs in the lower part of the image. The person who backed the card did a nice job on the restoration. You can see it from close up, but from any distance away it is not at all distracting. It appears there has been touch up in much of the red border (probably to even it out), but it seems there has been next-to-no restoration within the actual image area.
