Gunman in the Streets (released in the U.SD. as "Gangster at Bay"), the 1950 Frank Tuttle French crime thriller ("...and now Hunted and Hounded until he was Cornered... Then came the Machine-Gun Massacre!"; "A Killer Who Had the Police On His Trail... Murder On His Mind... And a Mob to Help Him!"; about a World War II [WWII] deserter who isn't given amnesty and becomes a criminal; this was a serious movie, but it was presented like another shoot-'em-up gangster thriller to try to get a greater audience!) starring Dane Clark, Fernand Gravey (billed as "Fernand Gravet"), Simone Signoret, Robert Duke, Michel Andre, and Fernand Rauzena

Important Added Info: Note that this is an unusual silk-screened one-sheet that measures 28" x 42". It was probably printed for the International release of this French movie (note the "International Film Distributor" at lower left).

Condition: very good. The top 1" of the poster was folded back at one time. There are three places in the lower right of the poster (just below the taglines) where there are remnants of a paper snipe. There are scuff marks in the top of the black background near
