Le Roi (released in the U.S. in 1950 as "Royal Affair"), the 1949 Marc-Gilbert Sauvajon French romantic comedy melodrama (based in the play by Robert de Flers, Gaston Arman de Caillavet & Emmanuel Arene; about a king of a small country who visits France, and he is much more interested in being entertained than in official business) starring Maurice Chevalier, Annie Ducaux, Sophie Desmarets, Alfred Adam, Jean Wall, Felix Paquet, Henri Charrett, Francois Joux (billed as "Joux"), Marcel Delaitre, Robert Murzeau, and Robert Vattier
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that these Mexican lobby cards measure 12 1/2" x 16 1/2" [32 x 42 cm]. Note that these Mexican lobby cards were created where they are mounted onto a heavy board and have a "tipped in" black & white still glued to the center. This is how the cards were made and not something that was done at a later date.

Condition: good. There are stains and smudges around the edges of the cards and they are separating from the board background around the edges and there is tiny paper loss in the edges. The card with the embrace has a lot of separation of the paper in the top right corner.
