eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result 7s485 MONTANA German program '51 different images of cowboy Errol Flynn & pretty Alexis Smith! Date Sold 6/12/2016Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Original 1951 (from the first release of this movie in Germany) Vintage German Film Program (measures 7 1/2" x 10 1/2" [19 x 27 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) Montana, the 1950 Ray Enright cowboy western melodrama ("Their bullets riveted a new star to the flag!"; "New triumph from Warner Bros. in TECHNICOLOR"; "Based on a story by Ernest Haycox"; the old story of cattlemen vs sheep herders, with the cattlemen doing all they can to prevent the sheep from eating the grass their cattle need, but with a twist, because the lead sheep herder is an Australian who somehow ended up in Montana!) starring Errol Flynn, Alexis Smith, S.Z. Sakall, Douglas Kennedy, James Brown, and Ian MacDonald. Note that Errol Flynn was in fact Australian, and the script writers worked that into the plot, which allowed him to speak with an Australian accent (possibly for the first time in his movie career!). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of all the pages of this 4-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and the interior two pages together). This way, you see the entire program, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image. But of course this means that the front cover appears in the top right of our image, but normally, the program would be folded down the center and you would view the cover by itself (and it will be sent folded as was originally intended). Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
