Details About These Sunday Items

IMPORTANT! This set of auctions runs for ONE week!
This set of auctions began on October 21st and it will last for ONE week, ending on October 28th.
For our Sunday auctions, we normally alternate between "miscellaneous" auctions and rolled one-sheet auctions with each running for two weeks (so each kind of auction runs once every month), but in this one set of auctions because Part II of our 13th Annual Halloween Auction must begin on October 28th, this auction of bulk lots will run for ONE week (and so will the items in Part II of our 13th Annual Halloween Auction). We will resume our two week schedule with the rolled one-sheets that begin on Sunday, November 4th.

IMPORTANT! Why so many "bulk lots" and where are the other items?
We had an "extra" week in our schedule prior to the start of our 13th Annual Halloween Auction, so we decided to auction SOLELY bulk lots in this set of auctions and rather than include 100 or 200 as we have in the past, we included a staggering 372 (containing a total of 12,282 items!)! IN ADDITION, WE ARE DOING SOMETHING ELSE DIFFERENTLY WITH THIS AUCTION!
In the past, we have completely packed all of the bulk lots, which meant that you couldn't easily combine any of them, especially the ones that included a lot of items. But this time, because we have SO MANY bulk lots, we are only slightly packing them, so that once the auction is over, WE WILL BE ABLE TO COMBINE BULK LOTS (as much as is safely "combine-able") INTO SINGLE TUBES OR BOXES!
This will make these great deals even better, because you may buy say, 10 flat bulk lots, and we might well be able to send them all in a single box (and if not, it will certainly be fewer than 10 separate packages). So be sure to look over all of these bulk lots carefully, because there will surely be many excellent deals!

About the condition of the items
Note that we give a detailed overall condition grade to every item we sell ("fine", "very good to fine", "very good", "good to very good", and "good", with only a few graded "fair" or lesser) along with more details about the condition described in words (but pretty much a general description of the defects, and we only describe specific defects if they are the type that CAN'T be seen in our super-sized images, or if the item is especially valuable). We felt this would help bidders identify items they want to bid on more easily. Of course, we still strongly recommend that you look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.  Of course, with the items that have many pages, we could not photograph every single page, but we often photograph both covers and an interior two-page spread, which should surely give you an excellent idea of the overall condition of that item.

Payment Options

For U.S. customers who purchase items that require "actual shipping" (and for ALL Non-U.S. orders) we need to quote you the cost of shipping (a "shipping quote") after you request it, and you will do so (after the auctions end) through our Checkout system.
NEW! We have integrated most shipping quotes into our checkout (except for Pay and Hold orders because they are more complicated, but those are coming too) so you now can complete payment using our checkout (for both U.S. and non-U.S. orders, but for now, only if you pay with credit card or PayPal).
Please note that we are still developing this checkout system, and we will continue to make further improvements to it, and all aspects of our business, and we will alert you whenever we make such improvements. If you run into any sort of problem requesting your quotes or paying for your order after you receive your quotes, please e-mail Phillip right away so we can get it addressed.

If your order requires a shipping quote and you have already received your quote, you may pay in our Checkout (unless your order is "Pay and Hold" which we are working to account for). You should only pay via PayPal manually if you are Pay and Hold (to "mail@emovieposter.com"), but know that PayPal has many glitches, and if you do that, you need to e-mail us separately stating that you completed payment Learn More Here are step-by-step instructions if you need help paying manually with PayPal.

We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal in our Checkout or, if you want to pay another way, you can pay via phone at +1 (417) 256-9616 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST except from 12 to 1 when we take lunch), via e-mail, or via fax at +1 (417) 257-6948.

You can also send a check or money order (if you do, enclose your address and details about what you purchased) to:
Bruce Hershenson
Attn: Payments
P.O. Box 874
West Plains, MO 65775

If it is your best payment option, you can pay by Western Union, but please don't send cash (as we can't be responsible for lost cash).

U.S. Shipping Details

U.S. buyers need to enclose the actual cost of shipping (or in the case of a few items as specified on the individual auction pages, $7 or $11 shipping), which includes full insurance! NOTE: Our flat rate shipping is good for two weeks. If you haven't paid within two weeks, you will then be quoted the actual cost of shipping when you request it.

Missouri customers: You must pay an additional 7.162% sales tax on your purchases. If your order is sent within the state of Missouri, we MUST collect this tax (if it is shipped to another state, we do not collect the tax).

Will your order be shipped to you by UPS?
UPS does NOT automatically require a signature to deliver packages, so if you want the signature to be required, you will need to pay the extra $3.00 UPS charges for "signature required" Delivery Confirmation, and please realize that they will then NOT leave the package, and you may well have to go to the UPS facility yourself to pick it up. But if you prefer this, that is fine, and if you have any other special requirements, please tell us when you are paying for your order.
IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THAT YOU WANT SIGNATURE REQUIRED, THEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

You CAN usually combine shipment!

NOTE: These Sunday items need to be sent in different types of packages so...
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COMBINING: Flat rate shipping is good for 2 weeks worth of purchases. If you win items over a span of more than 14 days, you will then be charged the actual cost of shipping plus $3 for packing materials.

*items marked as "flat" shipping might be able to be combined with these items (but know that if they can't be combined into a single package, then we will ship them in separate packages):

Tuesday October 2nd folded one-sheets
Thursday October 4th single lobby cards
Sunday October 7th miscellaneous items
Tuesday October 16th complete and incomplete lobby card sets
Tuesday October 23rd folded one-sheets
Thursday October 25th lots of 2+ 8" x 10" stills from the same title

*items marked as "rolled" shipping might be able to be combined with these items (but know that if they can't be combined into a single package, then we will ship them in separate packages):

Sunday September 23rd rolled one-sheets
Tuesday September 25th rolled non-U.S. posters
Tuesday October 9th half-sheets and Japanese B2s
Thursday October 11th inserts, Belgians, and Italian locandinas
Thursday October 18th "special" rolled posters of all types
Sunday October 21st rolled one-sheets

Note that we not only allow you to combine as many items as you want from a single set of Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Sunday auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge for all of the items, but we also allow you to wait until the next five sets of auctions end (a total of six sets of auctions) so that you can combine your current purchases with those of our following auctions (if possible), and that means there is a chance you could combine items from up to six of our sets of auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge (assuming those items fit into the same type of package). We KNOW there are other sellers who charge a little less on shipping than we do, but we know that our packaging is the best there is, and our orders virtually never arrive damaged (and on the very rare times that they do, all our U.S. packages are fully insured, and FULL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE U.S. SHIPPING CHARGE).

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE ACTUAL COST OF U.S. SHIPPING (plus $3; unless otherwise specified)!

Non-U.S. Shipping Details

Non-U.S. buyers must pay the actual cost of shipping their order (you can choose whatever method you prefer, but know that the U.S. Post Office has eliminated Surface Mail, so we can only send via Express or Airmail), plus $3, for both the best packaging materials you have ever seen and a separate printed invoice mailed to you.  All non-U.S. buyers must tell us if they want the package sent insured or uninsured at the time they pay for their order.

Have you heard about our Pay and Hold Program?
This lets non-U.S. buyers pay for their purchases from 4 consecutive weeks (a total of 10 auctions and around 8,000+ items!), and we then send all your purchases at once saving you LOTS of money!  Click HERE to learn more (if you are not one of the hundreds of our non-U.S. buyers who are already part of this program)

Normally we provide a chart containing estimated shipping charges for up to 3 items from a set of auctions, but since we are offering many, many different types of bulk lots that ship in different types of packages or tubes AND given the wildly different weights of the lots we are offering, we are unable to provide estimated shipping amounts for this set of auctions. Know that lots containing less than 10 items each will cost roughly between $20 and $50 to ship depending on what country you live in and what shipping method you choose. Lots containing more than 10 items will ship for far higher amounts.

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THESE BULK LOT AUCTIONS EXPECTING THE COST OF SHIPPING TO BE LOW! Some large lots could cost over $100 to ship. Bear this in mind BEFORE you bid.

ALSO NOTE:
Insurance will increase the cost of shipping by approximately $1.60 for each $100 of insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please bear the above in mind BEFORE you place a bid (if you live outside the U.S.). The vast majority of our customers want a very securely packed tube, and will pay the extra shipping cost involved (and of course, it goes to the Post Office or UPS, and not us!). Please do not ask us to pack less securely, as that would likely result in a damaged order.
Some sellers are sending by Ground UPS to Canada, but that incurs large "brokerage fees", so we do not recommend it.  Note that there are also some sellers sending non-U.S. packages via a "Letter" rate, but of course this is not legal, and we can not do this.  We have outlined the possibilities for sending non-U.S. packages above, so please read that carefully, BEFORE placing a bid!

Do you have a friend or relative who lives in the United States?
Some of our customers either visit the U.S. regularly, or have friends or relatives within the U.S., and often those customers have us send their orders to a U.S. address, and then they transport the posters from there. THIS CAN SAVE YOU A GREAT DEAL ON SHIPPING! This is fine with us, but realize that you still need to let us know within one week of receipt if you want to return anything, so don't use this method unless you are certain you will want to keep your purchases.

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING (the actual cost of shipping plus $3 outside the U.S.)!

You Can Add More to Your Order
In addition to our current auctions, we offer many other non-auction items. Please note that the items in this set of auctions will be sent rolled in tubes OR in flat packages (depending on what you win), so you can add any item that can also be sent rolled in tubes OR in flat packages (depending on what you win) for little or no additional shipping costs (NOTE: if we can add it to your package without raising the cost of shipping, then we will do so with no added shipping charge, but if it raises the cost then you will need to pay the difference). We have noted below whether the items can be shipped rolled or not.
