This is a new phone we have added in our office that allows you get directly to our owner (Bruce Hershenson) when you have an urgent problem (but only one that requires you talk directly to BRUCE only, as this line is solely for him).

If you are wanting to talk to anyone else here, or if your question is ANYTHING that can be handled by anyone else here, then you absolutely must call our main number, which still is +1 (417) 256-9616.

The new Hershenson Help Hotline number is +1 (417) 256-5555, for whenever you need to talk to Bruce personally ASAP.

IF BRUCE IS HERE WHEN YOU CALL THIS NUMBER, THEN HE WILL DROP WHATEVER HE IS DOING AND TAKE YOUR CALL, SO PLEASE RESERVE THESE CALLS FOR URGENT MATTERS THAT YOU NEED TO PERSONALLY TALK TO BRUCE ABOUT! If he isn't here, you can leave a message and he will call you back at the number you leave.

But of course, if lots of people call all the time, then Bruce won't get anything done, so please reserve using this for truly urgent matters.

And remember that our office hours of Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (CDT) still apply for ALL phone numbers, including this one, but unlike our regular office number, you WILL be able to leave a message on the "Hershenson Help Hotline" (and it is still absolutely fine to e-mail us at phillip@emovieposter.com with less urgent inquires for Bruce or Phillip).

NOW WE HARDLY EVER HAVE PROBLEMS WHERE A CUSTOMER FEELS THEY WANT TO TALK DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER (both because we make very few mistakes, and because our experienced and helpful employees can solve almost every problem without ever needing to involve Bruce personally), BUT ISN'T IT GOOD TO KNOW THAT ANY TIME YOU NEED TO YOU CAN INSTANTLY CALL HIM PERSONALLY?
